THE CHALLENGE

Kotn wanted to energize its retail footprint across multiple cities during peak summer shopping season. The goal: build community, drive store traffic, and create a seamless link between in-store activations, social content, and partnerships — all while managing execution across Toronto, Montreal, and New York City.

Scope Of Work

  • Event Production & Execution for multi-city retail activations
  • Site & Store Management across Ossington (Toronto), Montreal, and NYC
  • Staffing Oversight for on-site teams and brand partners
  • Designer Management to create all social and on-site assets, with customization by market
  • Partnership Management with Maha’s (Toronto), Lulu Épicerie (Montreal), and Ghia (NYC)
  • Budgeting & Forecasting across three cities
  • Massive Project Management coordinating between retail, agency, and client teams

  • Toronto (Juice Bar Series)

    • Weekend 1: 414 orders
    • Weekend 2: 507 orders (+22% increase)
    • OssFest: 250 orders, record-breaking sales and foot traffic
  • New York (Ghia Spritz Pop-Up)

    • 310 Spritz orders, with gift-with-purchase directly driving incremental in-store sales
  • Elevated Social Impact through influencer UGC, creator gifting, and integrated campaign assets
